Winner will be chosen Jan 31st or before.

The rifle will be shipped to an FFL (gun shop) for transfer.

• Winner must be 21+
• Winner must be a legal U.S. resident (contiguous U.S. only)
• Winner must be legally allowed to own/possess firearms and ammunition
• Winner must pass the required background check at the receiving FFL (ATF Form 4473 / NICS or state equivalent)
• If the winner is prohibited, fails the background check, or the FFL cannot/will not complete the transfer, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected

• Void where prohibited by federal, state, or local law
• No purchase necessary and a purchase does not increase chances of winning

• Winner is responsible for any FFL transfer fees, taxes, waiting periods, and any state/local compliance costs
• State/local compliance: if the rifle (or configuration) is not legal where the winner lives, or cannot be transferred by the chosen FFL, an alternate winner may be selected
• Magazine substitution: if a 30-round magazine is restricted where the winner lives, it may be substituted with a state-compliant magazine (for example, 10-round) or omitted
• Ammo restrictions: ammunition shipment/transfer must comply with all applicable laws; if ammo cannot be shipped to the winner’s location, it may be substituted, shipped separately where legal, transferred through an FFL where required, or omitted
• One entry per person recommended; duplicate, fraudulent, or automated entries may be disqualified
• Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify entries that do not meet requirements
• No cash alternative unless explicitly stated
